(about Phoenix, AZ United States, last edited on Jul 18, 2008)

Nearly ideal year round weather & some perfectly designed contest have made Phoenix the top golf country in the world.

However, there is more to this easygoing metropolis than perfect greens & tee times. Greater Phoenix area, as well, offers visitors the array of imposing cultural attractions. Visit internationally famous Heard Museum for an in-depth look at the Native American history or else peruse fine collection at Phoenix Museum. Enjoy the ballet performance at ornate Orpheum Theater or catch the Broadway show at high-tech Dodge.

Besides golf, city presents access to many outdoor activities that include rock climbing, desert jeep tours, hot air ballooning and a lot more. Family friendly attractions, matchless shopping, dining as well as entertainment and stunning leisure activities make Phoenix a must-visit destination.

You need to spend weeks to discover all the attractions that Phoenix has to offer - and you will still be left with something undiscovered. In order to help you choose we have listed some that we consider are the best places to visit in Phoenix.
