I have stayed at The Sanctuary House Hotel and at the Ritz (twice), but that was to celebrate our 15th and 20th wedding anniversaries. The Sanctuary House Hotel is close to Westminster Abbey, the Thames, the London Eye, and St. James Park. We had a superior double room and it was very comfortable. London is my favorite place to visit – I was born in Oxford – and it has been a while since I have been there, but if I can get tickets we plan to attend the 2012 Olympic games.
