[view gallery]The city of Pozzuoli itself isnt very nice, but the remnants of the roman buildings compensate this. Especially the roman amphitheatre ist preserved very well and you can watch nearly every part of it. Even in the subterranean levels you can go. Around the theatre there´s the museum where you can also watch some nice findings, also a lot of grave stones by the romans, telling you stories of the deceased. It was an interesting day going there.

ultimatetravel wrote on May 18, 2009:Romans have been a huge part in the history of the world and it amazed me looking at those pictures having a glimpse how did Romans lived way before and what has now remained after centuries or even thousand of years have lapse. Great Job!
