New York Continued

After my long tiring walk and more blisters on my feet, I was ready to eat an entire cow, and ... I kind of did :) Me and my friend make a tradition out of going to the 'Old Homstead' for awesome steaks. Yeah it may not be Peter Lugar's, but to me this is as good as steak feasts get. I had the Prime Rib which is always a blast ... I get euphoric when I see that 32 ouce steak being served. Prime Rib is special to me, we can't get it in Europe as our meet hanging laws don't allow for the special treatment. Anyhow, it was great and so was the bill :( but you know how it goes 'when in Rome do as Romans do'... I couldn't move after I had finished that monster load of dead animal, and I had a hard time getting to the Subway. Once sitting in the Subway to Brooklyn I felt very very satisfied again. My Last Day in New York had no special events. One quick visit in Norwalk at a large travel company, a quick lunch which was nice and then back again to the city. One amazing thing to point out is Grand Central Station. The name really holds true as this must be the most beautiful train station that I have seen in my life. There are huge candeliers, gold plated decorative lamps, and marble everywhere. While in New York, you should take a look at it. I went right back to Brooklyn where I was staying for my entire trip except for Saturday. I can walk around in New York, singing to myself and just being happy to be there, but I don't mind leaving. It's been great, but I am looking forward to LA and Vegas. If there was a capital of the world it would have to be New York, there is nothing to compare it to. There is so much diversity that you never know what you'll see the next moment and yet, you can move in specific circles meeting specific people and living your specific life style. When I think of New York, I think of 1000 faces, shapes, cultures,and lots of cabs...
