Some really great choices and I completely agree about making the whole experience romantic and exciting. Your hotel should also be an experience and Paris is brimming with boutique hotels. You are spoilt for choice. You have pointed out where the hotels are situated and I think it is important to remember that most boutique hotels are situated with thought to make it convenient for the guests. The service with boutique hotels is unparalleled.
