  • Most beautiful chapels for your Las Vegas wedding

Las Vegas is fampus or many things, but two of the most important ones are casinos and weddings. Traditionally, people who wanted to be married quickly, without a fuss and usually clandestinely, came to one of Vegas’s chapels where for a small fee anyone could get married in under 30 minutes. Nowadays, Vegas’s wedding chapel business is blooming, and the city is called the marriage capital of the world. Traditional weddings, novelty weddings, drive-through weddings or weddings celebrated by celebrity imitators – you name it, you can have it all in Vegas. So here are the most beautiful chapels for your Las Vegas wedding.

    Chapel of the Flowers

The Chapel of the Flowers was one of the first chapels built on the Strip, and while it has suffered many changes, it is still one of the most popular spots for outsiders to get married in Vegas. As far as Vegas chapels go, this one is very traditional, so you’ll be expected to wear your white gown/fancy suit. Celebrities like Carmen Electra and Dennis Rodman got married in this chapel.

    Graceland Wedding Chapel

Graceland Wedding Chapel has probably seen more celebrity weddings than any other chapel in the US. It was first opened in the 1950’s, so it is one of the oldest chapels in Vegas, but what really makes this chapel special is that all the weddings are performed by Elvis impersonators. The King himself approved the name of the chapel, and the list of celebrities who tied the knot here is quite long.

The Little Church of the West

The Little Church of the West is probably one of the prettiest wedding chapels in the US, and it is listed on the United States National Register of Historic Places. The church is built of redwood, which gives its distinctive appearance, and it was modeled on little town church. Built in the 40’s it is the oldest building on the Strip. Judy Garland, Richard Gere, Cindy Crawford and Angelina Jolie are only a few of the celebrities who got married here.

    The Little White Wedding Chapel

The Little White Wedding Chapel is the best know of all the ‘quickie’ wedding chapels in Vegas, and of course, it has seem several celebrity weddings so far. It employs no less than ten ministers, and more than 800,000 couples got married here since the chapel was established in the 50’s. One of the most interesting features of the chapel is the Drive Thru Tunnel of Vows, where, as you can guess, you can get married without even getting out of your car.

I personally like the Graceland Wedding Chapel. I think it’s one of the most beautiful Las Vegas Wedding Chapels. It seems that many celebrities tied the knot there. I didn’t know that Elvis himself approved the name of the chapel! nice job!
